Welcome to an extraordinary new school year at Ridgebury Elementary! The start of a new year brings a wonderful wave of energy—full of fresh opportunities, fun, and meaningful learning.

Guided by our district theme, 1RPS, we are embracing the power of community because we know we are always better together. Our mission is to spark curiosity through personalized, engaging learning experiences tailored to every student. Through our strong partnership with you, we foster a supportive space where academic achievement and emotional growth thrive together.

Known lovingly as the “Kindness School”—and with Rex leading the pack—our focus for the 2026–2027 year centers on three core pillars:

  • Igniting Academic Potential: Providing a rigorous, responsive curriculum that meets every learner right where they are.
  • Nurturing the Whole Child: Using RULER, responsive classroom, and restorative practices to help students build empathy, resolve conflicts, and navigate their social-emotional world with confidence.
